Enabling Background Checks

UltraCamp offers integrated background checks through Veritable Screening to make the process faster, more reliable, and easier for everyone.

Camps can now manage background checks directly within UltraCamp, using tools to track progress, resend invitations, and customize packages to meet specific state or organizational needs. Built-in compliance ensures state regulations are met, and secure tools let applicants view results and address issues directly.

Getting Started With Veritable Screening. 

1. In UltraCamp Beta, open the  menu and select Settings.
2. Under Additional Services choose Background Checks
3. Expand the section and click Manage to begin the setup process.

Defining Roles: Owner vs. Contact.

When setting up your Veritable Screening account, you will need to designate both an Owner and a Contact.

• Owner: The legal signing person responsible for authorizing the background checks.
• Contact: The individual handling the setup, sending invites, and managing the day-to-day process.

Updating Roles

If user roles changes, you can update the Owner and Contact information in the Settings menu of UltraCamp Beta. Click the Manage button under Background Checks to make the necessary changes.

Please note that only a Master Administrator has access.

Approval Process and Next Steps:

• Approval for your Veritable Screening account typically takes 1–2 business days, but it may take up to a week.
• Once approved, you can manage all background checks directly through UltraCamp.
