Multi-session pricing structures change the basic fee for sessions based on a pre-set number of registrations. By changing the basic fee, they can function a bit like Multi-week Discounts. Organizations typically use Multi-session Pricing Structures when:
-
- They want other percentage discounts to calculate using the reduced cost of multiple reservations.
- They want the session price to change on the confirmation/statement instead of showing a discount.
There are several limitations to Multi-session Pricing Structures:
-
- Only one Multi-session Pricing Structure can be active on a session at any time.
- All sessions using the Multi-session Pricing Structure will have the same Basic Fee.

- Enter the pricing structure Name and any other core information.
While you can add as many breakpoints as you wish, it is recommended that you add at least two breakpoints:
- The first breakpoint should be the normal price for a single session and have your normal basic fee.
- The second breakpoint should be for the next tier of pricing and have the adjusted basic fee.
