The Bulk Updates Tool can be used to change one or more settings across multiple sessions, session options or option templates.
To bulk update sessions in UltraCamp's Classic mode:

- Click on the Tools menu.
- Go to the Additional Tools section.
- Click the Bulk Updates link.
Updating Sessions in UC Classic
The option to Update Scheduled Sessions will let you change a number of settings. You will need to indicate which Sessions you'd like your changes to apply to on the Filters page. After this, you will indicate which settings to change and what the new settings should be. Finally, you will confirm your changes and process the bulk update.

- In the Bulk Updates tool, click Scheduled Sessions.
- On the Filters page, indicate the Sessions to change and click Select.
- Check the box to the left of any setting you wish to update.
- Enter your new values to the right of the indicated setting.
- Click the Next button.
- On the summary page, review your changes and click Process Bulk Update.
- Confirm your change as prompted.

1. Filters
You can change the displayed sessions by clicking the Change Filters link. You can then filter which sessions display by indicating Season, Location, Session Master, and session Begin Date range. Once you've selected your filters, click the Apply Filters button to return to the session selection page.
2. Settings
Multiple settings can be changed. These settings are divided into the following sections:
- Basic Information: This includes settings like Session Subcategories, Description, Custom Tags, and visibility.
- Dates: This permits the adjustment of most date settings, including the Begin and End Date, date and time descriptions, Registration dates, as well as Modification and Cancellation Cutoffs.
- Fees: Adjust Session Fees, Structures, descriptions. Discount Maximums and Exclusions can also be updated here.
- Payment Options: Update the Collection Amount and Paid-in-Full Due Date. You can also add Payment Plans here.
- Limits: This can be used to update the capacity limits of sessions.
- Waiting List: Updates settings pertaining to the Waiting List.
- Required Forms: Updates which forms have the "Required" tag for the selected sessions.
3. Confirm Changes
UltraCamp will display a list of the sessions to be updated along with the setting or settings that will be updated.
Note
You MUST click the Process Bulk Update button in order to complete the changes.
To bulk update sessions in UltraCamp Beta:

- Click the Menu icon.
- Click Tools.
- Click Bulk Settings Update in the Reservations section.

A Detailed Guide to Updating Sessions in UC Beta
1. Filtering Sessions
By default, all your sessions in the current season are selected. You can change the selected sessions by:

- Clicking the Edit button under the Applied Filters section and adjusting the filters.
- Unchecking the All Sessions box and selecting sessions individually.
If you edit the filters, you can adjust which sessions are available by Seasons, Locations, Session Templates, and session Begin Date range. Once you have adjusted the filters, click the Apply button to return to the session selection page.
When you are satisfied with the sessions you have chosen, click the Select button.
2. Changing Settings
Multiple settings can be changed by checking the box to the left and adjusting the data to the right of each setting. Session settings are divided into the following sections:
- Basic Information: This includes settings like Session Subcategories, Description, Custom Tags, and visibility.
- Age Restrictions: This section can adjust Minimum and Maximum age or grade requirements, set grace periods for individuals who fall outside the required limits, and if the start date for the session isn't appropriate, set an Alternate Date for Age Calculation.
- Dates: This permits the adjustment of most date settings, including the Begin and End Date, date and time descriptions, Registration dates, as well as Modification and Cancellation Cutoffs.
- Fees: Adjust Session Fees, Structures, descriptions. Discount Maximums and Exclusions can also be updated here.
- Payment Options: Update the Collection Amount and Paid-in-Full Due Date. You can also add Payment Plans here.
- Limits: This can be used to update the capacity limits of sessions. You can also force UltraCamp to run the script to check for Waitlist openings and trigger the Waitlist Check process.
- Waiting List: Update settings pertaining to the Waiting List.
- Page Order: Change what pages and forms your families encounter during registration by adjusting which Page Order Template is being used.
- Required Form Tracking: Updates which forms have their completion status tracked with alerts for all registrants on the selected sessions.
Once you have finished selecting the settings you wish to update, and you have input the new data, click the Next button to proceed.
3. Confirm Changes
UltraCamp will display a list of the sessions to be adjusted along with the setting or settings that will be updated.
You MUST click the Process Bulk Update button in order to complete the changes. You will be prompted by your browser with a final confirmation.
