After you've created a discount, you will need to schedule that discount in order to determine where and when it should apply.
UltraCamp Classic
To find where to add a Simple Discount:
- Click on the Scheduling menu and expand Discounts
- Click on Simple Discounts
- Select your Simple Discount Template from the dropdown menu
Schedule Simple Discounts
To schedule a Simple Discount, take the following steps:
- In the Select Season dropdown menu, make certain the correct upcoming season is showing.
- If you wish to narrow your list of a sessions to a specific location, select it from the Select Locations dropdown menu.
- Choose the desired simple discount from the Select Discount Template dropdown menu.
- Click the Load
- In the list of sessions, check the box to the left of each session to which you wish to add the discount
- (Optional) Change the default amount to the right of a session in the Amount
- (Optional) Add a Begin Date if you wish the discount to only be available after the specified date.
- (Optional) Add an End Date if you wish to disable the discount at the date and time specified.
- Click the Save Modifications button to save your changes.

You can add or manage a single discount across multiple sessions at once.
To schedule discounts or manage scheduled discounts, take the following steps:
- Open the
Mega Menu and expand the Scheduling section.
- In the Discounts section, click the discount type you wish to add.
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the Template you wish to manage.
- [Optional] Use the
Filter to modify which sessions you wish to work with.
- Check the box next to any session that should have the discount.
- [Optional] Adjust the default Amount for any desired sessions.
- [Optional] Adjust the Begin Date and End Date to ensure the discount only operates within this range.
- Click SAVE.
Adding Discounts from the Session Dashboard
You can adjust multiple discounts on a single session by using the Session Dashboard.
To manage discounts for a specific session, take the following steps:
- Click Sessions.
- Click on the desired session and go to the
Components tab.
- Expand the Discounts component.
- Click Add to schedule new discounts to this session.
- Click on Simple Discount.
- Check the box next to any discount template you wish to add.
- [Optional] Adjust the default Amount along with any other flexible settings.
- Click ADD SELECTED.
You can edit flexible settings and even remove discounts from the Components tab by clicking on them or the
to the right.
Setting Discount Maximums and Exclusions on a Session
Discount maximums set a maximum dollar or percentage discount amount on a session. This prevents someone who is claiming more than one discount from receiving more discounts than the specified limit.
You can exclude different types of session fees from figuring into session discounts.
To set discount maximumsor exclusions for a session, take the following steps:
- Click Sessions.
- Click on the desired session and go to the
Settings tab.
- [Optional] In the Discounts section set a Discount Maximum and use the dropdown to specify if it is a Dollar amount or Percentage.
- [Optional] Under Discount Excluded Fees, check the box next to any fees that should not be considered for discounts.
- Click SAVE.
