The Copy Sessions tool can be used to create new sessions which are at least partial duplicates of existing sessions. This can be a fast and effective way of setting up your sessions
Who SHOULD use the Copy Sessions Tool
You could use the Copy Sessions Tool if you fit one or more of the following criteria:
- You are creating sessions that follow the same format as those in a previous season (or at least aren't changing significantly).
- You are creating a number of sessions that are share the majority of features.
Who Should NOT use the Copy Sessions Tool
You probably should not use the Copy Sessions Tool if you fit one or more of the following criteria:
- You haven't created sessions before.
- You are making significant changes to your program from what you have offered previously.

This tool is only available in the Beta Version of UltraCamp. To use this tool, take the following steps in UC Beta:
- Click Sessions at the top of the interface.
- Click the New Session button.
- Select the Copy a previous session link.
How to Use the Copy Sessions Tool
To Copy your Sessions, take the following steps:

- Select the Season you wish to copy from.
- Check the box(es) of any session or sessions you wish to copy.
- [Optional] Increase the Number of Copies to create more than one copy of each selected session.
- Click the Next button
- Edit or approve the New Name for each copied session.
- Click the Next button.
- Choose a Date Entry Method.
- Choose Predict New Dates if you want UltraCamp to use your source sessions to fill in new dates for you (you can adjust these dates later if you wish).
- Choose Manually Enter New Dates if you wish to enter all dates for all sessions.
- On the Session Dates page, enter the dates as prompted
- You can check the Box to Apply to All Sessions to push that date to all copied sessions.
- Expand the Additional Dates to customize other session date settings.
- Click the Next button
- On the Fees page, confirm and/or update the Deposit / Non-refundable Fee, Basic Fee, or Group Pricing Structure for each copied Session. The origin season's pricing and fees will be listed by default.
- Click the Next button.
- On the Settings to Copy page, confirm which items from the previous sessions should be copied.
- You can click View Details link to see what will be copied over.
- Click the Next button
- [Optional] Depending on the Settings you copied in Step 12, you may be prompted to enter/confirm additional details like dates for discounts.
- On the Review page, verify that the settings you have specified are correct and ready for copying.
- Click the Copy Sessions button.
The new sessions will now show in your list of upcoming sessions. It is important to review the copied sessions to make sure that everything transferred successfully. We also recommend running test reservations to catch further tweaks and adjustments that need to be made!
You can switch between UltraCamp Classic and the UltraCamp Beta at any time using the logo.
