The reimagined UltraCamp is now available to all users. Classic remains your primary platform this 2026 season, and the new version is open and ready for you to explore.
Why a Soft Launch?
This gives teams time to explore the new UltraCamp while work continues in Classic without disruption.
The new version of UltraCamp will become the primary system in the fall. You’ll receive notifications before this change takes effect, and you’ll still be able to switch between versions. Classic will remain supported for an extended period.

Note
The option to switch platforms by clicking the logo is being removed soon. The logo will default to the homepage of whichever platform you're currently using.
What's Exclusive to the New Version
Some tools and features are only available in the new UltraCamp:
- Facial recognition with SmugMug included at no extra cost for 2026. Follow the steps to connect SmugMug and get more details about facial recognition.

What Still Lives in Classic
These areas are getting their finishing touches and will soon be available in the new version. For now, use Classic for:
- Custom reports
- Detail pages (person, account, reservation, retreat)
- External payment processors - such as ACH
- Making reservations from the admin side
- User permissions
- Email communication
- Retreat/conference
- My settings wizard
We'll post notifications as each of these are finalized.

UltraCamp Academy is a learning platform built directly into the new version of UltraCamp. It offers step-by-step learning paths, help articles, and live learning opportunities.
