UltraCamp POS Security Updates (Effective January 13, 2026)

We're implementing new security measures for UltraCamp POS (Point-of-Sale) to better protect your camp's data and meet updated payment card requirements. These changes take effect January 13, 2026

  Note

This update only affects admins/staff who are managing the POS. It does NOT affect camp families or public side users.

What's Changing for POS

Unique Usernames: Each user now needs a unique username. If your username matches another user in our database, you'll be prompted to update it when you log in.

Updated Password Requirements: To meet PCI security standards, passwords now require:

  • Minimum 12 characters
  • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Passwords expire after 90 days (you'll be prompted to create a new one)
  • Cannot reuse previous passwords

Required Contact Information: All users must have an email address and cell phone number on file. If we don't have this information for you, you'll be prompted to add it during login.

New Password Reset Feature: You can now reset your POS password directly. We'll send you a reset link via email or text. The link works one time only and expires after 15 minutes.

What You Need to Do

Nothing before January 13. When you log in on or after January 13, 2026, simply follow the prompts to update your information as needed.
